What is a StudentCard?
StudentCard is a discount service designed to be used by all tertiary students studying in New Zealand. Once you have a StudentCard, you can use it to get access to exclusive discounts available only to StudentCard members. Simply present the card when you make a purchase to redeem your discount.
What is a TrainingCard?
TrainingCard is StudentCard for Apprentices and persons who are undertaking work based training. The Deals and competitions and special offers are the same for both cards.

How much is the card?
A StudentCard or TrainingCard costs $20.00 to purchase.
How do I get a Card?
You can purchase one online using a credit card, or by bank transfer. You can also purchase them from selected Bennetts and UBS bookstores, and participating Student Associations/Unions.
How many times can I use the card?
Unlimited use until the card expires. The more you use it the more you save!
When does my card expire?
The Card works off the calendar year and is valid until the 31st of December each year.

Thats ok, you can purchase online with a credit or debit card, or you can purchase a code from us by internet transfer, or from UBS or Bennetts, or through your Student Association office.

You can choose the "continue unfinished registration" option here to pick up where you left off.
Why can’t I upload my photo?
The most common problem is that the photo you are trying to upload is too large and the DPI too high. We suggest you resize your photo and give it another go. You can also use one of our sample images, or grab one from your Facebook Albums.
Why did I not get my verification email?
This is usually caused by entering the wrong email address during registration or by the link getting re-directed to your junk mail (spam folder). Check you junk mail, and if it’s not in there, contact us and we will investigate the cause of the problem.
Why did the verification of my email fail?
The most common reason you will receive a ‘verification failed’ message, is because you have already successfully completed your registration. If you are still unsure or want to double check that your registration is complete contact us.
My BNZ code doesn't work!
The arrangement with BNZ for Campus pack account holders to get a free StudentCard ends on 15th October which co-incides with the closing date of the 2012 card. If you love your StudentCard and want to renew your card for 2013 you can purchase online

The standard turn around period for card delivery is 10 working days from the date of registration (at the latest).

I lost my card!
Login to your profile using your username and password that you registered with and go to the "my card" option, here you will be able to order a card reprint. Card reprints incur a $5 fee which is payable online. Normal shipping of a replacement card takes 7-10 days. Might pay to check your address details are also up to date within your my profile settings so we send your replacement card to the right place!
I couldn’t redeem a discount!
Unfortunately that can happen from time to time, and is usually the result of new staff and/or poor training.

with the details of the incident (store, date, time) and we will contact the Deal Provider and ensure it does not happen again.

General demographic information is collected during the registration process.
What do you do with my information?
Firstly we use the information provided by members to better equip ourselves when trying to source bigger and better deals for students. We are able to provide potential partners with break downs of the geographic and demographic composition of our database. Secondly, we use the information you provide to better tailor information we send you. Sending Auckland news and discount to Auckland members only etc. It basically, helps us eliminate unnecessary information sharing, and saves your inbox from overflowing!
Will you give my details away to anyone?
We will never share or sell any of the information obtained from registrations.
